FRESH, LOCALLY SOURCED CUISINE

Your stay at Blue Spirit yoga and meditation retreat in Costa Rica includes three delicious consciously prepared gourmet vegetarian (or pescatarian) meals a day.

You will have the option of dining on fresh locally sourced fish three evenings per week and eggs every morning along with breakfast; cheese is also regularly available while the buffet always provides vegan and gluten-free options.

Fortify and strengthen your physical resilience.

To accommodate food restrictions and allergies there is a Pure Food option, offering veggies, grains and legumes cooked without any seasonings or oils.

SPA SERVICES

You will have plenty of free time to enjoy relaxing and pampering treatments at the Spa and Wellness Center.

Are you in the mood to be pampered with a tropical body polish or a luscious facial treatment, or to have those painful tight-spots in your neck and shoulders worked out? At Blue Spirit Costa Rica, bodyworkers are highly qualified and dedicated to providing exceptional service. You will be in wonderful and caring hands.

All Spa & Wellness services must be booked after check in at the front desk, comfortably charged to the room folio and paid for when you check out.

GUIONES BEACH

Blue Spirit sits atop of a hillside overlooking a three-mile-long white sand beach along the Pacific Ocean. Guiones beach is home to a Turtle Refuge, which preserves the flora and fauna along the entire length; no building is permitted. The north and mid sections of Guiones beach offer great surfing to beginners and advanced alike.

Blue Spirit is located at the quiet end of the beach, where swimming is easy, thanks to the gentle current.

The 700 foot walk (220 meters) from Blue Spirit to the beach transverses lush grounds full of mango trees and coconut palms.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

There are fabulous activities for guests who like to venture further!

You can experience a range of guided adventures - from horseback riding on the beach, to stand-up paddle boarding to a guided waterfall hike or a zip-lining adventure in the jungle - the choice is yours. Once you arrive at Blue Spirit Costa Rica, the front desk staff is more than happy to assist you in booking your preferred excursions for an extra fee of approximately 50.00 per person.
